Three Bulls Make Their Pro Baseball Debuts

TAMPA, JUNE 24, 2016 – USF’s latest MLB Draft picks recently made their professional debuts.

Former Bulls closer Tommy Eveld logged in 2.2 innings in two games for the Hillsboro (Ore) Hops of the Class-A Short Season Northwest League.

Eveld, a ninth-round selection by Arizona, pitched a perfect seventh frame in a 4-1 win over Eugene on Tuesday. The right-hander from Tampa posted a team-high nine saves and a 2.21 ERA in his final run with the Bulls in 2016.
