TAMPA, Oct. 29, 2019 – The University of South Florida women's soccer program is now ranked in the United Soccer Coaches poll for the first time since Sept. 17 at No. 24. The Bulls also moved up two spots to No. 19 in the rankings released by TopDrawerSoccer.com.
USF (12-3; 7-1 The American) won both of its matches on the road last week. The Bulls used a shutout effort from Sydney Martinez (Rincon, Ga.) and a goal from Evelyne Viens (L'Ancienne-Lorette, Quebec, Canada) to defeat Cincinnati on Oct. 24. Three days later, Viens, Andrea Hauksdottir (Kopavogur, Iceland) and Fanny Pelletier-Laroche (Montreal, Quebec, Canada) scored in a 3-1 win at ECU.
