Through Florida’s Freedom of Information Act, The Daily Stampede has acquired the contract details for new South Florida Bulls offensive coordinator Kerwin Bell. The former Valdosta State head coach signed a two-year, $780,000 deal to lead the Bulls’ offense over the next two seasons.
While this is just the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), we have the basics for the pact, which was signed by Bell and Vice President of Athletics Michael Kelly on January 10, one day after ABC 27’s Alison Posey in Tallahassee reported that Bell had accepted the job.
Contract Details:
- 2020: $400,000
- $20,000 relocation allowance
- $500 per month car stipend
Bell will earn $20,000 less than former offensive coordinator Sterlin Gilbert was slated to make in 2019 for USF before he bolted to McNeese State as their new head coach.
