The USF sophomore from Boynton Beach, Fla., has been selected to participate as an individual at the NCAA Division I Women’s Golf Raleigh Regional hosted by NC State May 7-9 in North Carolina.
“Ashley deserves every single bit of it,” head coach Marci Kornegay said. “She works really hard each day, not only at practice but in her own time putting a lot of effort into getting better. She definitely earned it.”
Burke punched her ticket to the postseason after tying for 10th place at the American Athletic Conference Championship on April 21.
