TAMPA, APRIL 27, 2018 – USF defensive tackle Deadrin Senat (Immokalee) was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft on Friday.
Senat, the 90th pick overall in the draft, was the first Bull selected in the 2018 draft, which continues on Saturday. USF saw its total number of NFL Draft picks rise to 29 in 21 years of the program, 18 selected in the last seven Drafts.
Senat is the sixth Bulls' defensive lineman to be selected in the NFL Draft and the first since Aaron Lynch was selected in the fifth round by the San Francisco 49ers in 2014.
