TAMPA, AUG. 11, 2017 – With healthy senior Auggie Sanchez leading the way, USF's group of linebackers continue to grow in fall camp under the guidance of new defensive coordinator Brian Jean-Mary.
"I've been pleased with the progress," said Jean-Mary after USF's 14th fall practice Friday morning. "We're into our third week of camp. We kind of know their tendencies and they know ours, which is great for us."
Jean-Mary knows he's going to get steady production from Sanchez, a two-time all-conference pick on Nagurski and Wuerffel Trophy watch lists this preseason.
