KANSAS CITY, Mo., MARCH 21, 2019 – The list of postseason awards continue to roll in for USF redshirt junior guard Laquincy Rideau, as he was selected to the National Association of Basketball Coaches All-District 25 Second Team on Thursday.
A native of West Palm Beach, Fla., Rideau picked up two American Athletic Conference Awards earlier this month, winning the American Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year award to become the first player in the program's 48-year history to earn conference Defensive Player of the Year honors. Rideau was also selected to the AAC All-Conference Third Team to become one of the first two players in school history to make all-conference in The American.
