USF quarterback Quinton Flowers has been selected as one of six QBs to participate in the 93rd East-West Shrine Game taking place at Tropicana Field on January 20.
Optimum Scouting's Eric Galko reported Saturday morning that the Liberty City native has been invited to the postseason showcase in St. Petersburg, where he'll have the opportunity to perform in front of professional scouts.
