The South Florida Bulls were over-matched, out-gained, and out-skilled for 60 minutes on Saturday afternoon as they fell [score] to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
Notre Dame scored on their first four possessions, and never looked back. Quarterback Ian Book rushed for three scores, and reserve running backs Chris Tyree, and C’Bo Flemister added scores of their own to give Notre Dame a 38-0 halftime lead.
USF couldn’t find any consistency on offense as quarterback Jordan McCloud, and Noah Johnson struggled through the air. McCloud finished 8-for-14, 64 yards. Johnson struggled to a tune of 4-for-12 for 61 yards.
