TAMPA, SEPT. 27, 2015 – The No. 24 USF women’s soccer team improved to 2-0 in conference play and 9-1-1 on the year with a 1-0 win over Temple Sunday afternoon at Corbett Stadium.
“It was tough game,” head coach Denise Schilte-Brown said. “Every Sunday is going to be a battle both physically and mentally and Temple didn’t make it easy.”
USF is now 5-0 at home this season and is outscoring opponents 15-0. Combined with the men's team, the two teams are 11-0 at home and have a 26-2 goal differential at Corbett Stadium.
