TAMPA, MARCH 26, 2016 – Willie Taggart and his staff have a goal of raising the competition level by bringing in highly talented players each season at USF.
The Bulls are already raising the bar this spring with newcomers making an instant impact at the Morsani Football Complex.
Marquez Valdes-Scantling, a transfer from NC State, has been producing highlight-reel plays on the regular after sitting out last season. The 6-foot-3 receiver hauled in the first touchdown of the spring and has had several highlight plays so far, including a TD from Quinton Flowers during Saturday's 11-on-11 scrimmage.
