In the parking lot of a Burger King, an employee wheeled out a vat of hot oil and dumped it down a storm drain on Saturday.
As the smoke and steam billowed out from the drain's grate, Joseph May, 23, happened to be driving by. He was headed toward the restaurant next door to pick up dinner, but was shocked by what he thought he saw: someone blatantly, in broad daylight, breaking the law.
So he pulled out his cellphone, started recording, and asked the employee what was going on.
"This gentleman right here, told by his manager at Burger King, to dump this oil into the sewer," May says on the video.
