TAMPA, FLA., April 10, 2019 – The USF baseball team flexed its muscles Wednesday night, smashing four home runs leading to a route of Bethune-Cookman, 12-2.
The Bulls (15-16, 2-7 The American) fell behind to the Wildcats (13-22, 6-6 MEAC), 1-0, in the third. USF immediately answered with three runs on three hits in the bottom half, capped by a two-run shot from Jordan Santos (Tampa).
The Bulls blew things open in the bottom of the fourth with eight runs on five hits, three being home runs. Santos highlighted the inning with a grand slam, the second in the last two home games.
