TAMPA, DEC. 9, 2016 – Ranked for the first time since 2011, No. 22/25 USF Football has an opportunity to put an exclamation mark on its 2016 statement season in Alabama.
The Bulls will look to extend the school’s record wins total to 11 against South Carolina in the Birmingham Bowl on Thursday, Dec. 29.
Making its second straight bowl appearanc and eighth overall, USF will take the stage with an SEC opponent for the first time in the postseason. South Carolina (6-6) became bowl eligible in Will Muschamp’s first season with the program by winning four of its last six games of the regular season.
