The loneliest man at Dolphins training camp walked across an empty end zone of the practice field Tuesday as the full team scrimmaged at the other end.
"Look at him," former Dolphins great O.J. McDuffie said.
DeVante Parker, alone, a man counting time.
"Who knows what he's thinking?" McDuffie said. "It's a tough deal. You feel isolated. Nobody really talks to you. A veteran can handle that. But he's young, a first-round pick, probably feeling a lot of pressure, wanting to get out there ..."
Parker walked slowly to watch the involved play.
"I worry about him being a rookie in this situation," McDuffie said.
