The defender from Denver, Colo., scored the game-winning goal on a penalty kick in USF’s 2-1 win over Georgia Southern. It was Hines-Ike’s first goal with the Bulls after transferring from Creighton. He also helped the Bulls hold Georgia Southern to just five shots in the game last Friday.
In addition to Hines-Ike, USF had two on the conference honor roll. Junior Nazeem Bartman earned the honor after scoring a goal on Friday. Junior Spasoje Stefanovic was also named to the honor roll after posting four saves in the shutout of the Eagles.
