Hill, a junior college transfer who missed all of spring practice for unspecified reasons, has mostly flourished since his return earlier this summer, Taggart said. Saturday against Florida A&M, the Illinois native came off the bench and delivered a performance (three tackles for loss, one sack, two pass breakups) that coordinator Tom Allen said may have been the unit's best.
