It may be time to bring back #ALLTHETRANSFERS. After securing big commits this offseason from former Stanford lineman Reilly Gibbons, former UCLA quarterback Asiantii Woulard, and former NC State receiver Marques Valdes-Scantling, USF picked up another big transfer on the offensive side of the ball in former Wake Forest tight end Bowman Archibald.
Archibald is a true freshman from local Pasco High School who enrolled early at Wake, but suffered a broken leg in spring and returned home to rehab. He received his release from head coach David Clawson in June, and thus will sit out a season before having four years to play four seasons starting in 2016.
