A man who used to help Palm Beach County School District students manage anger issues was arrested Tuesday after police say he failed to control his temper: He’s accused of trying to run his former school’s principal off the road.
Jashon Johnson, 37, a former employee who according to district officials was let go from John F. Kennedy Middle School in 2014 due to funding constraints, remained behind bars early Wednesday, charged with aggravated assault on a school employee.
According to a Riviera Beach police report, John F. Kennedy Middle School Principal Corey Brooks was driving to school Tuesday when he saw Johnson headed toward him in a blue Volvo.
