TAMPA, Dec. 19, 2020 – Former University of South Florida goalkeeper Christiane Endler earned a spot on the FIFA FIFPro Women's World11 team announced during the FIFA The Best Awards Ceremony. Endler was chosen as a finalist for the The Best FIFA Women's Goalkeeper for the second straight year, but was runner-up to Sarah Bouhaddi.
The FIFA FIFPro Women's World11 team includes one goalkeeper, three defenders, three midfielders and four forwards and is chosen by members of FIFPro, which is made up of professional soccer players in FIFA member countries.
Endler earned runner-up to The Best FIFA Women's Goalkeeper for the second consecutive year.
