USF’s second-year, starting quarterback is leading the offense better than ever this fall after helping the Bulls rack up 5,741 yards and 54 offensive touchdowns. Flowers set USF’s new top season marks for a quarterback with 22 touchdown passes and 991 rushing yards as a sophomore and team MVP.
