TAMPA (Oct. 26, 2016) – The University of South Florida men’s tennis team will begin its pursuit of a fourth consecutive American Athletic Conference Championship in January under the guidance of head coach Ashley Fisher.
The Bulls went a remarkable 21-9 last season and competed in the NCAA tournament after defeating Tulsa in the conference championship. The team will look to rise even higher this season with the leadership of Fisher in his new role as head coach.
USF will face two teams who finished in the top five of the ITA Rankings last season in TCU (3) and Ohio State (4), eight Top 25 opponents and 15 top 75 opponents.
