USF has snagged its second four-star pledge of the recruiting season with Admiral Farragut DB Craig Watts Jr.'s announcement Monday via Twitter that he has chosen the Bulls.
Watts, who previously "de-committed" from Wisconsin and Colorado, joins Miami Central WR Darnell Salomon as four-star recruits landed by USF so far. The Bulls have 15 non-binding verbal commitments with 16 days remaining until national signing day.
"This is with great consideration and this recruiting process has been tough, but at the end of the day, I have to do what is best for me," Watts wrote.
