WICHITA, Kan., MAY 12, 2019 – D'Angelo Ennis captured his second straight triple jump title and Stone Baker placed second in the pole vault Sunday afternoon at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships from Cessna Stadium.
Ennis (Kingston, Jamaica) leaped a distance of 52-06.75 to record his best distance of the season, earn all-conference honors and become the first back-to-back triple jump winner in AAC history. His victory also gives USF the triple jump champion in four of the first six years of league existence. USF great Matthew O'Neal won the title in 2014 and 2016.
