TAMPA, FLA. May 12, 2021 – University of South Florida softball student-athlete Georgina Corrick earned the title of the American Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year, the league announced on Wednesday. Corrick and AnaMarie Bruni also were voted to the all-conference first team, while Alexis Johns and Megan Pierro were selected to the all-conference second team.
"These awards are a testament to the team being behind these four," head coach Ken Eriksen said. "Georgina did a great job this year, keeping other teams at bay throughout the entire game and her team put up runs in crucial situations for her to continue to get the Ws.
