TAMPA, Fla., April 30, 2022 – University of South Florida senior pitcher achieved perfection for the second time of the season in game one as the softball team (38-13; 8-5 AAC) took both of the first two games of the series from Houston (24-25-1; 8-8-1 AAC).
Corrick (Sanford, Fla.) completed her perfect game, the fifth in USF history, on Saturday morning after tossing four flawless innings on Friday evening. After winning game one, 4-0, the Bulls also shut out the Cougars in game two, 2-0.
Corrick, a two-time All-American and three-time American Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year, becomes just the second player in USF softball history to toss multiple perfect games and the first to do it twice in the same season.
