JACKSONVILLE, Fla., April 13, 2022 – The University of South Florida softball team swept Jacksonville and Florida A&M in a Wednesday doubleheader in Jacksonville. The Bulls surged to a 11-3 run-rule victory in six innings in game one, followed by a 4-0 shutout in game two.
(Sarasota, Fla.) finished the afternoon three-for-four with two doubles, a triple, two walks and three stolen bases. (Stewartstown, Pa.) earned her first win of the season in game one with (Braidwood, Ill.) earning her first career save. (Sanford, Fla.) threw her 15 shutout of the season in game two, tying the USF single-season record.
