TAMPA, FLA. May 4, 2021 – A day after earning the title of American Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association named Georgina Corrick as the organization's pitcher of the week on Tuesday.
This is Corrick's second consecutive week earning the honor and third time she's earned the weekly honor from the organization in her collegiate career. No USF player has ever been recognized by the organization for the weekly award multiple times.
Overall, Corrick (Sanford, Fla.) went 2-1 with a save on the weekend, allowing only two hits and zero earned runs in her 24.
