TULSA, Okla. (Oct. 12, 205)— A trio of USF men’s tennis players wrapped up their time at the ITA Men's All-American Championships, going a combined 2-2 in singles and 1-2 in doubles play.
Roberto Cid advanced to the second round of the main draw before falling to Konrad Zieba of Northwestern, 6-1, 6-2. In the first round, Cid defeated Andreas Bjerrehus of Virginia Tech, 6-2, 7-6 (12).
Sasha Gozun also appeared in the main draw, but fell in his first round match, 6-4, 3-6, 7-5, to Andre Goransson of California. Gozun went into the consolation bracket, but fell in straight sets, 6-3, 6-4, to Kentucky’s Will Bushamuka.
