TAMPA, DEC. 3, 2017 – USF Director of Athletics Mark Harlan has accepted a bid for the Bulls to represent the American Athletic Conference in the Birmingham Bowl vs. Big 12 Conference foe Texas Tech (6-6; 3-6 Big 12) on Saturday, Dec. 23 at historic Legion Field (55,948, bowl capacity) in Birmingham, Ala.
