TAMPA, April 28, 2019 – USF swept its fifth straight American Athletic Conference series and matched the league's best conference record in history with its 2-1 win over Memphis in the series finale.
With USF's (38-15) 16-2 record in The American, it ties UCF for the best all-time record in softball in the American Athletic Conference which was set in 2015.
