CORAL GABLES, MARCH 2, 2016 – USF women’s golf posted its first top-10 finish of the spring by placing sixth out of 16 programs at the Hurricane Invitational on Wednesday.

USF (+12) was just a shot outside of the top five and finished ahead of four nationally ranked teams, including No. 17 Texas Tech (+30). USF’s total score of 285-292-287—864 was its best of the season. This marks the second top-10 finish of the season for USF, which placed seventh at the Johnie Imes Invitational on Sept. 29.

Nicole Autrique led the Bulls throughout the tournament and tied for 11th place with an even-par score at Biltmore Golf Course (par-71, 6,080 yards).
