TAMPA, OCT. 4, 2016– With the basketball season near, the USF men’s basketball team took some time to visit a local preschool Tuesday afternoon.
Stories were read, paintings were drawn and Lego towers were constructed at the USF Preschool for Creative Learning, about 100 yards down the road from the Muma Center. Over flowing with anticipation, the children, which ranged from ages 2-5, spent the morning asking their teachers, “when are the basketball players coming?” When the Bulls arrived, everyone involved, short and tall, had a smile.
“I feel like this was a good team bonding situation for us,” said freshman guard Michael Bibby.
