PALM CITY, Fla., MARCH 21, 2016 – Aksel Olsen gave the No. 13/17 Bulls a big boost in his return to the lineup at the Valspar Collegiate Invitational on Monday.
After opening with a 2-under 69, Olsen is tied for eighth place at 1-over through two rounds at Florida Golf Club (par-71, 6,999 yards). USF (+17) is in fifth place out of 15 teams after finishing the 36-hole day with a 5-over 289.
At 1-over, Olsen is six shots away from leader Gavin Hall of Texas with 18 holes remaining.
