News-talk radio station WWBA-AM 820, which provides a 50,000-watt signal in the bay area, is the new flagship station for the USF/IMG Radio Network, Bulls athletic director Mark Harlan announced Wednesday.
The station, which bills its daytime signal as stretching north to the Panhandle and south to Naples, will carry all Bulls football and men's basketball games and coaches shows, and all night women's basketball games.
Under the terms of the multi-year deal, sister station WHBO-AM 1040 will carry women's hoops day games. USF baseball also will be carried on the 1040-AM signal, with postseason availability on 820-AM.
