TAMPA, FLA. (February 17, 2025) - The South Florida women's tennis team (1-8) lost its doubleheader weekend opponents, dropping to Florida State (8-1) by a score of 4-0 and North Florida (2-3) by a score of 4-3.
On Friday facing FSU, the Bulls battled throughout singles play despite losing the point on doubles play. The team started hot with two first set wins by (6-3) and (6-4). However, after losing two courts and being down sets on the rest, the Bulls ultimately fell to the Seminoles in multiple three-set battles.
Due to inclement weather on Sunday, the Bulls headed on the road Monday to square off against UNF at noon.
