NEW ORLEANS (May 9, 2015) – The USF baseball team dropped the second game of its series with Tulane Saturday afternoon, 5-3. The Bulls are now 30-20-1 overall and 11-9 in the American, while Tulane is 30-19 and 10-10.
The Bulls took an early 1-0 lead in the top of the third. Kyle Teaf drew a two-out walk and stole second to put a runner in scoring position for Kevin Merrell. Merrell singled to left field allowing Teaf to score from second.
The Green Wave would respond with a two-run bottom of the inning.
