WICHITA, Kan., Oct. 20, 2019 – Megan Taflinger had 17 kills and seven digs to lead Wichita State to a 3-0 (25-10, 25-19, 25-23) victory over the USF volleyball team Sunday afternoon at Koch Arena.
Sophomore Lindsey Pliapol (Daytona Beach, Fla.) paced USF with 14 kills and 17 digs for her seventh double-double of the season, while sophomore Lauren LaBeck (Chicago) registered a game-high 23 assists to go along with five digs.
Wichita State (5-15, 2-6) opened set one on an 11-3 run and limited USF to a .121 hitting percentage en route to a 25-10 victory.
