ORLANDO, Fla. (March 30, 2016) – The USF women’s tennis team extended its winning streak to 11 matches Wednesday afternoon by defeating rival UCF, 4-2, at the UCF Tennis Complex in the last conference match of the season.
The No. 56 Bulls (13-5) got off to a slow start against the Knights. USF fell behind 2-0 early in the match, as UCF took the doubles point, then secured the first singles match of the afternoon. After the poor start, the Bulls rattled off four consecutive singles wins to capture the victory.
