TAMPA, FLA., SEPT. 17, 2017 – As the clock expired in the first half, sophomore Stephen Rudderham scored the Bulls' game-winning goal in USF's 1-0 victory over visiting Loyola Marymount. USF improved to 2-0 at Corbett Stadium.
Rudderham (Tampa, Fla.) scored his first goal of the season when Bradley Farias (Indiantown, Fla.) sent the forward racing up the left side. With one second left on the clock, Rudderham placed his shot into the lower right corner from 20 yards out. Gonzalo Rodriguez (Coustituciou, Chile) sparked the play from midfield and was also credited with an assist.
