WACO, Texas, APRIL 9, 2016 –Impressive performances by Bruce Barclay, Bernicia Holifield and Paul Barrett led the USF track and field team at the Baylor Invitational Saturday in Waco, Texas.
Holifield (Tallahassee) won the women’s hammer throw with a season-best toss of 180 feet, 10 inches (55.12m). Barrett (Tampa) won the 400m hurdles with a time of 52.58.
Barclay (Fort Lauderdale) ran the fastest time of his career in the 110m hurdles. The senior’s time of 14.28 beat his old best of 14.32, set earlier this season. Barclay was fourth in the event and moved from seventh to sixth all-time at USF.
