STORRS, Conn., April 18, 2019 – USF swept its doubleheader against UConn on Thursday for its fourth straight series win, 10th and 11th straight wins in conference play, despite rainy and cold conditions in Storrs, Conn.

USF (34-15, 12-2) went up early with a two-out rally that saw junior AnaMarie Bruni (Schwenksville, Pa.) cross home for the 32nd time this season with redshirt sophomore Bethaney Keen's 32nd RBI. Bruni reached first on a fielder's choice, advanced on a bloop single by senior Macy Cook (Uniontown, Ohio) and scored on a single through the right side by Keen.
