WEST POINT, Miss., APRIL 4, 2017 – All five Bulls finished in the top 20 to help USF men’s golf run away with a six-shot victory at the Old Waverly Collegiate Championship on Tuesday.
USF (-16) captured its first title of the season by shooting an 11-under 277 in the final round of the rain-shortened event at Old Waverly Golf Club (par 72, 7,088 yards). Head coach Steve Bradley’s Bulls topped three ranked programs, including No. 34 Lipscomb University (-10), No. 24 Ole Miss (-8) and No. 41 Kennesaw State (-5).
