A 14-year-old West Boynton boy accused of killing two men, shooting them each in the head and then going on a shopping spree, has been indicted as an adult, the Palm Beach State Attorney's Office said Friday.
Anthony Clark faces two counts of first-degree murder and one count of armed robbery, records show. The teen will not be eligible for the death penalty due to his age, according to Palm Beach State Attorney spokesman Mike Edmondson.
Clark was in court Friday for his first appearance charged as an adult. Circuit Judge Caroline Shepherd ordered the teen held without bond on all three counts.
