COLUMBIA — If Pharoh Cooper and Skai Moore have indeed played their final games at South Carolina, the juniors will go out as two of the best in the SEC.
Cooper and Moore were both honored Tuesday with places on the All-SEC teams, as chosen by the league’s coaches. Cooper was named first-team at both wide receiver and all-purpose, while Moore was named second-team at linebacker.
Cooper will turn pro a year early, according to his parents. Although Moore has not yet announced whether he’ll return to USC for his senior season, indications are that he’s strongly considering a jump to the NFL.
