South Carolina quarterback commit Dakereon Joyner had four touchdowns in the second half Friday to lead Fort Dorchester to a 35-14 win over Dorman.
Joyner got off to a slow start but finished 9-for-17 passing for 82 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions and also had 15 carries for 135 yards and two scores.
Fort Dorchester was shut out in the first half and trailed 7-0 at halftime before scoring 35 points over the final two quarters.
“It felt great. We definitely started off slow. I guess that’s like the first-game jitters or whatever,” Joyner said.
