South Carolina women’s basketball forward A’ja Wilson will play Friday in the Gamecocks’ SEC tournament matchup with Tennessee after recovering from a bout of vertigo that kept her from the team’s final regular season game, the team announced.

Wilson missed USC’s final regular season game against the Lady Vols this past Sunday after beginning to suffer the effects of vertigo on Feb.
