COLUMBIA — Defensive back Darin Smalls of Summerville is no longer with the South Carolina football program.
Smalls, who tore the ACL in his right knee his senior season at Summerville High School, missed spring practice last year as he continued to rehabilitate the injury, and saw limited practice time in the fall. He did not play in a game in 2015, and is no longer on the South Carolina roster.
