Make it four losses in a row to Texas A&M. The South Carolina Gamecocks blew a 17-7 third quarter lead and fell to the Aggies, 24-17, at Kyle Field.
South Carolina had a chance to get on the board first if not for Parker White’s ugly miss from 46 yards out with 8:34 left in the opening frame. A few minutes later, though, there was a scary scene as Terry Googer was forced to leave the game with just under six to play in the first quarter after what appeared to be a head injury.
