The South Carolina Gamecocks held their last Saturday scrimmage at Williams-Brice Stadium - and we have some good news to share. All hope is not lost in Gamecock land!
QB decision coming mid-week?
--The question everyone wants to know the answer to: when will a starting quarterback be named? Steve Spurrier said after the scrimmage that while one QB didn't outplay the rest of them, hopefully he "can announce (a starter) this week sometime." The team scrimmages on Monday night, followed by a regular practice on Tuesday, and with Wednesday's practice marking the final one before game week preparation (UNC is a week from Thursday!
